Knowing this we must be proactive in getting goos reviews from people we do business with.

EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY Person you come in contact with for your business is a potential good or bas review. This means that your product, service, followup, and business etiquette of EVERYONE at your company need to be top notch.

If you do bot understand this and are not proactive in your reviews, you could have a total nightmare on your hand.
